July Showers

We've been heating up quite a lot here in Reno lately, with the daily temperature in excess of 100F.

Because we live right next to the mountains it builds the perfect thunderstorms in the afternoon.

After the sweltering heat, the rain and wind cool it down a little, and for a five year old presents the perfect reason to perform a rain dance with all his might.

    That looks like fun! Poor Pata doesn't get to play in the rain, my husband would be furious with me if I let her. Sigh.
